Can scouts really tell if they are interested in me by viewing my player webpage?

Good question! The University of Michigan receives close to 27 game films daily from aspiring players hoping to be recruited by the U of M . Most of those game films are anywhere from 15-45 minutes long. It would be impossible for the coaching staff to watch all of those tapes. In addition, most of those tapes are highlight reels only focusing on what the player did right.

That is why after extensive research and discussion with Junior and College coaches, they have helped us formulate the T.A.B.B. formula. Hybrid Hockey will not only showcase your TOOLS (position specific drills, skating speed, shot velocity, stickhandling and shooting accuracy). They can also receive an unbiased pro scout evaluation on your abilities. Coaches will also begin to get a realistic gage of your ATHLETICISM by reviewing your NHL Pre-entry draft test scores. Also included on your Player Web Page will be your vital statistics allowing them to understand your BODYTYPE and academic information giving them an idea of your BOOKSMARTS.

All of this is available to all recruiters free of charge just by logging onto the recruiters section. We are trying to simplify the process for coaches and players. Coaches don't have enough available time to watch all of those game films and players want to showcase their skills to a wide variety of coaches. The '64 Summit series will take the process a step further by placing all game film of the participants on their player webpage.
